I'm Bryan Norton, a licensed Texas REALTOR® with more than
20 years of experience in engineering, development, real estate, land
acquisition, right-of-way, utility coordination, and project management.
Throughout my career, I've worked on residential and commercial developments,
public infrastructure projects, and complex real estate transactions, giving me
a well-rounded understanding of how properties are planned, developed, valued,
and sold.
My experience extends far beyond traditional real estate
transactions. I've worked with developers, engineers, surveyors, contractors,
utility providers, attorneys, and local government agencies to solve
challenges, negotiate agreements, and move projects from concept to completion.
